AUA&CO delivers orders across serviceable locations in Pakistan through third-party courier partners.
By placing an order on auaandco.pk, you agree to the shipping terms stated below.
1. Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed through a phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method.
Customers must provide:

Nearby landmark, where necessary
Orders containing incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.
2. Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after successful confirmation and stock verification.
Order processing may take longer during:

Sales and promotional campaigns

Public holidays
-
High order volumes

Stock verification
-
Technical or courier-related delays
Customers will be informed if an ordered product or selected variant becomes unavailable.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Karachi: Approximately 2 working days

Other cities in Pakistan: Approximately 4–5 working days
Delivery timelines begin after the order has been confirmed and processed.
These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Remote areas, villages, cantonment areas, restricted locations, or locations outside regular courier service zones may require additional delivery time.
4. Shipping Coverage
AUA&CO delivers only to locations serviceable by our courier partners.
If the customer’s address is not serviceable, we may:

Request an alternative address

Arrange delivery to the nearest serviceable location

Cancel the order after informing the customer
Delivery availability may vary according to the courier company’s current service network.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges are displayed on the product page, during checkout, or communicated during order confirmation.
Where a product or promotion includes Free Delivery, no standard delivery charge will be collected from the customer for the original shipment.
Free Delivery applies only where expressly mentioned and may be subject to:

Additional delivery or return charges may apply in cases covered by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations within Pakistan.
The customer must pay the complete payable amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
Unless expressly permitted by the courier company:

The parcel cannot be opened before payment.

The courier rider is not authorized to wait while the customer tries on or uses the product.

Product exchanges or returns cannot be completed through the delivery rider without prior approval from AUA&CO.
External inspection of the parcel may be permitted where allowed by the courier.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided after an order has been dispatched, where available.
Customers may receive their tracking number through:

Courier tracking information is updated by the relevant courier company. A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not moved.
8. Courier Delays
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:

Public holidays

Severe weather
-
Road closures
-
Security conditions
-
Political demonstrations or strikes
-
Courier operational delays
-
Remote-area service limitations
-
Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Failed delivery attempts
-
Events beyond AUA&CO’s reasonable control
AUA&CO will assist the customer in following up with the courier, but courier delivery schedules remain subject to the courier company’s operations.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
AUA&CO will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect house or street number

Incorrect city or area
-
Missing landmark
-
Incomplete address
-
Incorrect phone number
-
Unanswered calls
-
Customer relocation after dispatch
Customers should request an address correction before the order is dispatched.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, an address change cannot be guaranteed.
Additional courier charges may apply if a parcel must be returned or rebooked because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
The courier may attempt to contact the customer before or during delivery.
A delivery may fail if:

The customer does not answer calls.

The customer is unavailable.
-
The address cannot be located.
-
The customer refuses the confirmed order.
-
Payment is not available.
-
The customer requests delivery outside the courier’s service conditions.
If a shipment is returned because of customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect information, AUA&CO may require advance payment of shipping charges or the full order amount before dispatching a replacement order.
Re-delivery is subject to stock availability and additional courier charges.
11. Refused Cash on Delivery Orders
Customers should place an order only when they intend to receive and pay for it.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in:

Cancellation of future COD orders
-
Advance payment requirements
-
Restriction of future orders
If a genuine issue prevents delivery, the customer should contact AUA&CO before refusing the parcel.
12. Damaged or Tampered Parcel
Customers should inspect the parcel externally at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with:

Take clear photographs or a video.
-
Inform the courier rider, where possible.
-
Contact AUA&CO promptly.
-
Do not discard the packaging, invoice, or product tags.
If the delivered product itself is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the matter will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
13. Missing or Incorrect Product
If a customer receives:

An incorrect product
-
An incorrect size or colour
-
A missing item
-
A verified damaged or defective product
the customer must contact AUA&CO with:

Order number
-
Customer name
-
Phone number
-
Clear photographs or video
-
Photograph of the parcel label
-
Details of the issue
Where the issue is confirmed to be an AUA&CO error, the applicable return or replacement delivery charges will be borne by AUA&CO.
14. Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple products, AUA&CO may dispatch the products separately because of stock location, packaging requirements, or courier operations.
Where this happens, the customer may receive more than one tracking number or parcel.
AUA&CO will inform the customer where reasonably possible.
15. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched:

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

The customer should not refuse the parcel without contacting AUA&CO.

16. Returns and Exchanges
Shipping charges relating to returns and exchanges are governed by the AUA&CO Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
In summary:

If AUA&CO sends an incorrect, damaged, or verified defective product, the applicable return or exchange delivery charges will be borne by AUA&CO.

If AUA&CO is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return and replacement courier charges.

Where a non-fault return is approved, applicable original and return courier charges may be deducted from the refund.
Customers must receive return approval before sending any parcel to AUA&CO.
17. Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for the parcel remains with AUA&CO until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer or received by an authorized person at that address, subject to courier confirmation.
AUA&CO is not responsible where a parcel is received by a person available at the delivery address whom the courier reasonably considers authorized to accept it.
Customers should provide a secure and accessible delivery address.
