Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At AUA&CO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, or need to request a return or size exchange, please review the policy below.
Return and Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
To start a request, contact AUA&CO before sending the product back. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:

It is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It has not been altered or damaged by the customer.

The original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

There are no stains, marks, perfume, body odour, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase or the relevant order number is provided.

The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
AUA&CO reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
If AUA&CO Is at Fault
A return or exchange will be processed free of charge if:

You received the wrong product.

You received the wrong size or colour compared with your confirmed order.

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
-
The product was received in a damaged condition.
In these cases, AUA&CO will bear the applicable return and replacement delivery charges.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue, product tags, packaging, and order details.
If AUA&CO Is Not at Fault
If the correct product and size were delivered, but the customer requests a return because of personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection:
Return
The applicable original and return courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Even where the original order included free delivery, the actual courier charges incurred for the shipment may be deducted from the refund.
Exchange
For a size or product exchange that is not caused by an AUA&CO error, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return and replacement delivery charges.
Any difference in product price must also be paid before the replacement product is dispatched.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Products that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.

Products with removed tags or missing original packaging.
-
Products damaged because of misuse, incorrect washing, ironing, or handling.

Products with stains, perfume, body odour, or other signs of use.

Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Products specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.

Returns sent without prior approval from AUA&CO.
Slight colour differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered manufacturing defects.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by the AUA&CO team.
If approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 5–7 working days after inspection.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be transferred through a Pakistani bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method.
Courier charges and other applicable deductions will not be refunded where the return is not caused by an AUA&CO error.
AUA&CO will not issue a refund until the returned product has been received and approved after inspection.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and the applicable return and courier-charge rules may apply.

Please do not send any parcel to AUA&CO without first receiving return confirmation and shipping instructions.
